Sara has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry with a strong background in
restaurant and banquet operations. As a graduate of the Culinary Management program from Humber College, Sara has been planning weddings, corporate and special events for over a decade. She understands what it takes to ensure an event is seamless and stress-free and will help to bring creative event visions to life and work with you from the planning stage right up to and including the day of your special occasion.
Roger Wakileh
Executive Chef
With over 35 years of experience in various Chef roles in both the United States and Canada, Roger has supervised food production for catered events, corporate and social functions with groups as large as 2,500 guests. He studied at George Brown College’s Culinary School and is a certified Red Seal Chef. Together with his experience, education and foresight, Roger will work to create your desired menu and ensure your special day is delectable and memorable.

Karl’s extensive educational background in culinary arts and hotel and restaurant management, provides an understanding to guests needs and the importance of surpassing expectations.

With her education in Culinary Management combined with six years of experience in food service and banquet operations, Samantha is well versed in event execution of corporate, wedding and special events.
